Shipping Policy

The Comfy Clothing Wardrobe is committed to providing our customers with reliable and timely delivery within the United Kingdom. Please review our updated shipping policy below for detailed information on how we handle orders and deliveries.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that if an order is placed after 1 PM, it will be processed the following business day. There are no Saturday or Sunday collections, so any orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping option within the UK:

• DPD Next Day Delivery (Flat rate): £5.50
  Please allow up to 24 hours for order fulfilment before your package is dispatched. Once dispatched, DPD will aim to deliver your package the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We now use DPD for all our deliveries to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the DPD website. Link - https://track.dpd.co.uk

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses or Internationally. UK orders only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@thecomfyclothingwardrobe.co.uk, and we will issue a free returns label for the item to be returned to us. We will make every effort to provide you with a replacement. However, if we are unable to offer a replacement, we will issue a refund.

In some cases, we may send out substitutes if we are unable to fulfil your original order. If you are unhappy with any substitute received, please let us know, and we can provide a free returns label for you to send it back to us.

If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and offer a bespoke resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing an order. If an address error occurs, The Comfy Clothing Wardrobe is not responsible for mis-delivered packages.

Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns Policy.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, login in to your account with TCCW and request a return by clicking on the order of the item in which you would like to return. Input all the relevant details to your return request, please use the notes section if you require any special requests, ie exchange or credit onto account, etc. If you have any problems you can contact us at sales@thecomfyclothingwardrobe.co.uk  along with your order number and a brief message on your issue. Customers will pay £3.99 to return products, with the cost deducted from their refund.

Customers can use the designated returns portal and carriers for tracking and faster processing. If you choose your own method, refunds are only processed once TCCW receives the returned items, and you're responsible for the package until it reaches thE facility. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Heard Bungalow, The Highlands, Detling Hill, Detling, Maidstone, Kent, ME143HT

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE/CLEARANCE items or gift cards.

Refunds
You will receive an email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) once we’ve received your returns request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a DPD returns label to print out and place on your return parcel. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund once we have received and processed your return.

Gift Purchases at TCCW

Unfortunately, we do not offer emailed gift receipts at TCCW. However, we make gift purchases easy in the following way:

• 
  If you'd like to purchase an item as a gift, please let us know within 7 days of your purchase via email, social media message, or WhatsApp. Once we are notified, we will mark your order as a gift.
  
• 
  After receiving the gift, the recipient has 30 days from purchase date to exchange the garment for something else. Alternatively, we can provide a gift card or credit note for future purchases.
  

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

If the recipient wishes to exchange an item or receive a gift card, they will need the order number and our email address to process the return.
